A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Boston University, Mr. Nimensky’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, personal injury and transactions. His extensive experience as a successful litigator affords him keen insight when negotiating commercial transactions on behalf of his clients. 

In addition to his private law practice, Mr. Nimensky has served as general counsel to several large real estate development companies in the New York-New Jersey Metropolitan Area during his 30+ years of practice.
