About Dr.
Dr. Thomas A. Shea is a licensed private detective and Certified Protection Professional (CPP, ASIS International) who supports the firm's investigative and security-consulting work. A Marine Corps veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Storm and a former Long Branch, NJ police officer, he has handled hundreds of sensitive workplace investigations.
Dr. Shea serves as an Assistant Professor of Police Graduate Studies at Seton Hall University and as director of security for a northern New Jersey school district, with expertise in workplace investigations, school security, and expert litigation analysis.
